SVC is proud to announce the addition of our new CFO Mark Braband.  Mark's counsel is highly sought after and we are grateful to have him as a permanent member of our team. 

SVC is currently a private owner and operator of manufactured home communities, apartment buildings, self storage facilities, and single family homes managing approximately 600 units in 3 States.

Our communities are professionally managed and we are committed to creating true "neighborhoods" where common areas are always beautifully maintained, where popular amenities are offered and where each resident respects the privacy and well-being of others.

 

 

 

Current Markets

Alabama
The region provides excellent quality of life, and true value for it's residents.  We are proud to offer high quality, brick constructed single family homes in the region, with an exciting lease option program available. SVC looks forward to its continued presence and to pending and future acquisitions in the region.

California
In reaction to the changing markets SVC has begun to acquire Single Family Homes for both "rehab-retail" and "wholesale" purposes, as well as to add to it's long term hold portfolio.  The addition of Multi Family Properties in the region is expected by early 2009.

New Mexico
This region offers superb value to residents and investors alike.  SVC has focused intently on the region over the last 2 years and has subsequently acquired over 350 units in the region.  With pending acquisitons, the regions initial goal of 500 units should be realized by years end.
